At the National Urban League Conference that took place at The Nation’s Capitol, Sharmain was selected as one of the 2022 speakers to deliver content to the Young Professionals group. She also moderated a panel of industry experts as they discussed how Millennials and Gen Zs can possess the courage to embrace audacity and leverage that quality to articulate their worth to employers, exude executive presence, and accelerate their career trajectory.

Sharmain has also moderated several financial literacy webinars for The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Metropolitan Atlanta Chapter. In addition, Sharmain extends herself to community engagement with Better Day Givings, Inc., by hosting their annual luncheon and fundraiser, supporting and paying tribute to Breast Cancer Survivors.
